We do not knowingly sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this website, you affirm and acknowledge that you are over the age of 21, that the person placing the order and receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from the winery is over the age of 21, and that receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated. South Dominion Vineyard enjoys engaging with customers via our social media channels. We require that any customers wishing to post on our social media feeds adhere to the following rules:

 

• You must be 21 years of age or over to visit or post on our social media feeds. Do not post photos of, or otherwise feature or reference, any individual under the age of 21 consuming alcohol and connect it to our social media pages. Posting of underage guests such as your children is acceptable as long as they are interacting with non-alcohol related activities such as playing with the dogs and/or lambs, enjoying music, reading and drawing upstairs in the library, or playing lawn games during any outdoor event. 

 

• Any communications regarding our products must not encourage or depict excessive consumption, underage drinking or misuse of our alcohol products.

 

• We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any posts or content for any reason, including those that we deem offensive, inappropriate, or unacceptable. 

 

• We do not regularly review posted content and cannot take responsibility for any content posted by you or any third party.
